Tooling Design and Fabrication Flow
· 3D drawings and 2D drawings review
· Moldflow software to simulate the resin flow in cavity.
· Provide tooling DFM to customer for review.
· Finalize tooling preliminary design and critical tolerance.
· Detailed tooling design, design verification and QA inspection.
· Mold test （T1）
· FA measurement report, and prepare samples to customer for evaluation.
· Tooling modification and verification again until customer’s approval.
